Sara A. Goldberg began practicing law in 1997 after completing a federal clerkship in the Southern District of New York. She is a graduate of Princeton University and NYU School of Law, and received her training as a litigator at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York City, and Wiggin & Dana in Connecticut. She then returned to her home state of Florida, where she opened a solo practice for several years.

Ms. Goldberg concentrates her practice on civil and commercial litigation in a wide variety of substantive areas. Her business litigation experience includes complex commercial disputes, employment-related matters, trademark infringement, antitrust, corporate compliance and worker-classification disputes. Her educational and big firm background, combined with her solo experience, allows her to apply a practical, problem-solving bent to complex issues.

Ms. Goldberg is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and Connecticut. In addition, she is a Florida Supreme Court certified Circuit Civil Mediator.
